SMS / text messaging consent: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties other than the messaging service providers (such as our SMS provider) strictly to deliver the messages you have requested.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and protected with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access to client information is limited to authorized staff and volunteers who need it to perform their roles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, meet our reporting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask questions about how your information is used.
